Bambu Lab’s newest 3D printer is the A2L, an open-frame bedslinger (its bed moves front to back) announced on June 1, 2026 and on sale worldwide the same day at $469. The table lists all 13 Bambu Lab printers in the database, newest announcement first. Each row shows the release month, status and US launch price.

What is Bambu Lab’s newest printer?

The A2L is Bambu Lab’s newest printer: an open-frame bedslinger with a 330 × 320 × 325 mm build volume, announced and released on June 1, 2026 at $469. The X2D preceded it, announced on April 14, 2026 at $649. It is an enclosed CoreXY (its bed only moves down) with two nozzles and a 65 °C heated chamber.

The newest model of each series:

  • A series: A2L (June 2026), the largest A-series printer.
  • X series: X2D (April 2026), the only shipping X-series model; the X1-Carbon and X1E are discontinued.
  • H2 series: H2C, unveiled at Formnext on November 18, 2025 at $2,399.
  • P series: P2S, announced on October 14, 2025 at $549.

The Bambu Lab printer comparison puts every model’s chamber, nozzle, flow and multi-material specs side by side.

When does Bambu Lab release new printers?

Bambu Lab has no fixed release calendar. It announced 13 printers between May 2022 and June 2026: two in 2022, four in 2023, none in 2024, five in 2025 and two so far in 2026. The X2D and A2L went on sale the day they were announced.

By year, in order of announcement:

  • 2022: X1-Carbon (May 24) and P1P (November 19).
  • 2023: P1S (July 13), A1 mini (September 20), X1E (October 10) and A1 (December 14).
  • 2025: H2D (March 25), H2D Pro (August 11), H2S (August 26), P2S (October 14) and H2C (November 18).
  • 2026: X2D (April 14) and A2L (June 1).

The shortest gap between announcements was 15 days, from the H2D Pro to the H2S in August 2025. The widest was 15 months, from the A1 in December 2023 to the H2D in March 2025. Among models with both dates on record, the X1-Carbon waited longest between announcement and release, from May 2022 to August 2022.

Is Bambu Lab releasing a new printer?

As of October 17, 2026, Bambu Lab has announced no 3D printer since the A2L on June 1, 2026. Its newest hardware is the R1, a 55 W CO₂ laser cutter and engraver announced on September 22, 2026. Bambu Lab calls the R1 its first device that is not a 3D printer.

Rumored or leaked models stay out of the database, so a new Bambu Lab printer appears here only once the company announces it with specs. Announced printers from every brand that have not shipped yet are in the upcoming 3D printers list, and this year’s releases are in new 3D printers of 2026.
