3D printer Black Friday prices: what each maker cut in 2025

In the 2025 Black Friday sales, 3D printers on the makers' own US stores sold for a median 23% ($120) below their launch prices, with cuts from none to 43%. Most of the sales opened four to five weeks before Black Friday.

As of 27 October 2026, the 2026 Black Friday sales were live on the Bambu Lab and Anycubic US stores, with the Anycubic Kobra X at $279 (was $399). Creality, Elegoo, QIDI and Snapmaker were running Halloween sales, and Prusa Research’s Black Friday promotion added free accessories to printers. In the 2025 Black Friday sales, 3D printers on the makers’ own US stores sold a median 23% ($120) below their launch prices, with cuts from none to 43%.

The 2025 figures cover 23 printers in the database with a dated sale price on their maker’s US store, each measured against the US launch price of its base configuration. Every sale price comes from the maker’s store, an archived copy of it, or press coverage naming the store.

How much do 3D printers drop on Black Friday?

In 2025, 3D printers sold a median 23% ($120) below their US launch prices in the makers’ own Black Friday sales. Half of the 23 sourced printers were cut by 8% to 31%. Printers that launched under $500 dropped a median 28%, against 14% for those that launched at $1,000 or more.

Older models dropped furthest: the 14 printers released in 2023 or 2024 sold a median 30% below launch, against 14% for the nine released or announced in 2025. The three largest cuts were on the Bambu Lab P1S ($300, 43%), the QIDI Q1 Pro ($250, 42%) and the Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro ($120, 40%), all 2023 or 2024 models.

A store’s “was” price is often not the launch price. Tom’s Hardware listed the Elegoo Centauri Carbon at $279.99, down from $413. It launched at $299.99, so the sale price was $20 below launch. Tom’s Hardware also put the Creality Ender-3 V3 SE at $20 off $219 on Creality’s store; it launched at $199, the same as its sale price.

When do 3D printer Black Friday sales start?

In 2025, most makers opened their Black Friday sales four to five weeks before Black Friday (28 November) and ended them on 1 or 2 December. Prusa Research, Anycubic and Bambu Lab started their 2026 sales earlier, on 22, 26 and 27 October. Black Friday 2026 falls on 27 November. Bambu Lab’s 2026 sale runs to 1 December.

Early prices mostly held. The P1S was $399 on 28 October and again on 10 November. The Anycubic Kobra S1 Combo was $459 on 1 and 19 November. The QIDI Q1 Pro was the one sourced exception: $399 on 17 November, then $349 on 30 November.

What were the 3D printer Black Friday prices in 2025?

The lowest 2025 Black Friday prices on the makers’ US stores were $179 for the Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro, $184.99 for the Elegoo Neptune 4 and $199 for the Bambu Lab A1 mini and Creality Ender-3 V3 SE. The Bambu Lab P1S sold for $399, the Creality K2 Plus for $999 and the Bambu Lab H2D for $1,749.

The QIDI Max4 and Snapmaker U1 were on pre-order, so their sale prices were also introductory prices. The QIDI Q1 Pro, Plus4 and X-Max 3 have since been discontinued. Sovol’s store showed “from” prices, for the lowest configuration of each printer.

Anycubic’s sourced 2025 prices are all for combos, listed in the next table. FLSUN is missing because no dated 2025 sale price could be sourced, and Flashforge because its printers in the database launched in 2026.

Were multicolor 3D printers discounted on Black Friday?

Yes. Nine multicolor combos (each a printer bundled with its maker’s filament-switching unit) had sourced 2025 Black Friday prices, a median 21% below the store’s pre-sale price. Seven of the nine sold at or below the launch price of the printer alone, such as the Bambu Lab A1 Combo and Creality Hi Combo at $379 each.

Bambu Lab announced the H2D Combo price on 23 October, five days before its sale opened. Regular combo prices outside sales are compared in 3D printer combo prices.

Did Prusa have a Black Friday sale?

Yes. Prusa Research’s 2026 Black Friday promotion runs from 22 October to 30 November 2026 and pairs printers with free accessories rather than lower prices. Its 2025 sale, from 30 October to 2 December, listed no dollar discounts on printers: US buyers got free shipping on orders over $200 and gift bundles with some printers.

The 2025 cash cuts were for EU orders only: €40 to €70 off the Prusa CORE One+ and €100 to €150 off the Original Prusa XL.
